3.6. Personal Details

  1. The billing address for the card registered with your account must match the address entered on your online account.
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are kept up to date, including address, telephone number, email and bank card/wallet details.
  3. Your details can be updated in the My Account – Personal Details section of the website. There may be some details you are not able to change yourself, in such instances you will need to call Customer Support to make those changes.
