6.3. Setting Limits
We are dedicated to offering our customers enjoyable entertainment. For this purpose, we aim to make the highest standards of responsible gambling support available to you. We offer a range of limit options to help you control your gambling activity and decide upon the amount of money you wish to spend on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in advance.
When opening your Account, you will need to set certain limits before depositing for the first time. You will need to set the following available options: Daily Limits, Weekly Limits and Monthly limits.
A Daily Deposit Limit allows you to set a maximum daily amount that you cannot exceed when depositing into your Account.
A Daily Loss Limit allows you to set a specific amount that you are comfortable losing whilst gambling. The limit will then restrict the amount you can spend when you use your Account. Any winnings are added to this limit when an event is settled.
A Weekly Deposit Limit allows you to set a maximum weekly amount that you cannot exceed when depositing into your Account.
A Monthly Deposit Limit allows you to set a maximum monthly amount that you cannot exceed when depositing into your Account.
Any of these limits can be reduced, and any reduction will take immediate effect. Any increase in the amount will only be applied after a 24-hour cooling-off period, during which any increase request can be cancelled.
After 24 hours have elapsed, you will need to confirm that you still want the limit to increase.
